Corporate Presentation REDEVELOPMENT

In anticipation of an upcoming financing to support their imminent commercial launch, a venture-backed medical nutrition company engaged CK Insights to rework their corporate presentation. While their newly developed branding was sharp, their existing slide presentation’s messaging, graphics, and general look & feel did not properly showcase their highly innovative platform, go-to-market strategy, and expansive market potential. We worked closely with the management team to distill the company’s story into a clean and engaging narrative that recently won first place in a major international pitch competition.

WEBSITE, BRANDING & DIGITAL CLINICAL TRIAL RECRUITING

A clinical-stage, venture backed medical device developer brought in CK Insights to revitalize the company’s external presence prior to launching a national multicenter clinical trial. We overhauled the branding, developed custom graphics, and updated the messaging with potential patients in a simple yet sleek new website. When the clinical trial begin recruiting, we launched a Facebook and Google Adwords campaign, leveraging the new website to capture and forward leads to clinical trial sites. The campaign quickly brought in sufficient leads to fully enroll the trial within several weeks on a minimal budget.

CONSUMER PRIMARY MARKET RESEARCH

A top Philadelphia-based hospital system retained CK Insights to assess the viability of a new consumer-focused medical device innovation to support a future out-licensing transaction. We developed and executed a web-based research study with 150 patients and caregivers, providing insights into the level of interest, drivers of interest, and segments within the patient population most receptive to the innovation. The research also provided insight into prioritization of potential features for the technology.

COMMERCIAL WEBSITE STRATEGY ANALYSIS

A leading commercial-stage diagnostics company engaged CK Insights to accelerate sales through their existing website. We identified several areas for improvement, including pages with high traffic but low conversion rates, and redesigned the applicable areas for a high-trust and conversion-focused customer experience. After implementing recommended changes, the relevant areas experienced an immediate 550% increase in conversion rates. The client has since retained CK Insights for follow-on projects including packaging redesign, a market analysis for a new product category, and a primary market research project.

INVESTOR-FOCUSED PRESENTATION & Multimedia Materials

A venture-backed biotech company retained CK Insights to develop materials to support a large-scale fundraising, including creation of a scientific mechanism-of-action video and an overhaul of their investor presentation. CK Insights collaborated with leading researchers and a premier animation studio to produce a technically-complex yet clear animated video, the first of its kind to elucidate the pathology of their targeted disease and therapy. We also developed modern branding for their investor presentation and supporting materials, coupled with clear messaging and compelling narrative.

DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER DIGITAL MARKETING

A medical device distributor sought to establish an independent digital marketing footprint. CK Insights developed and implemented a Facebook advertising strategy coupled with an integrated event-planning and lead capture platform. We also implemented a drip email marketing campaign to maintain customer engagement throughout the product’s typical sales cycle. Their new strategy successfully generates direct leads with pull-through for local events, including patient information sessions.
